Animal ears on kids is probably one of the cutest things I see in the the colder months. In fact, I think it’s so cute that I made a bear hat crochet pattern and in this post I’m giving it to you for free. With sizes for toddlers, children and adults, you’ll be able to make this for just about anyone.
Using different color combinations can also create different bear types. For example: If you look at the photo below you can see that I made two hats, one using black and white as my yarn colors to look like a panda bear. The other I made using a dark brown and a tan as my yarn colors for a brown bear. You could also just do solid white for a polar bear look.

Important Notes
This pattern is crocheted in the round so using a marker will be very helpful for tracking your progress. Don’t forget to move the marker up with each round. It’s surprisingly easy to forget that step and lose your spot making you tear out your stitches and start again.
Feel free to tag me in your makes on facebook or instagram. I love to you see what you make! I hope you have so much fun making these. Thank you for reading!
